Right now, most gardeners are over-whelmed with all of the vegetables that are growing in their gardens.  They are starting to get creative with their zucchini recipes as they watch their pumpkins and other squash take shape.   Onions are almost ready, you've probably already harvested garlic for the year and are getting ready to plant your fall crop.  

So what do you do now with the abundance of produce you've got on your hands?
